We take pride in the quality and reliability of our bikes. for your peace of mind, our bikes are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and qualifying technical faults.
If a fault arises within the warranty period as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and arrange a suitable repair or replacement part at no additional cost.
Warranty exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
Misuse, neglect or improper operation. Tampering or modification, accidental damage.
