📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

✅ Returns for Change of Mind

• Return window: 14 days from delivery.

• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/manuals/accessories included

• Return shipping: Customer pays return postage.

• Refund: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via your original payment method

• Original delivery cost: no refund

• Deductions: We may only deduct if goods show excessive handling beyond what's needed to inspect them

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

* We'll offer repair or replacement first. If that fails → full refund

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned

• Items assembled or used beyond basic inspection

• Items clearly damaged by misuse, improper assembly, or accident

• Customised/personalised items

• Consumables used during inspection (e.g. opened batteries/fluids)

2. We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions

3. Pack securely in original packaging

4. Send via tracked service — keep your proof of postage

5. Once received & inspected → refund/exchange arranged promptly
